Building on the success of the Gateway Project, Joel Loblaw and Will Hudson (cofounder of Post Architects) created the Semaphore Project in 2010. Featuring a 100-foot long hallway, guests follow a planked walkway through various sections with plantings. The endpoint of the structure, framed by two trees, features an unparalleled view of Toronto’s CN Tower and the surrounding skyline.
