Junior Project Coordinator

Joel Loblaw Inc. is a boutique landscape design/build firm specializing in high-end residential design in the Toronto area.
We work on a wide array of residential landscapes, each with unique opportunities to learn. If you are passionate about landscape design, client experience, project management and looking to get hands on experience, then this role may be for you!

To apply for our Junior Project Coordinator role you must have the following:

• Education in Landscape Architecture/Design or similar
• Be a self-starter and team player with a “can-do” attitude
• Have excellent communication skills, organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Attention to detail
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office and InDesign
• Be proficient with SketchUp and Layout
• Construction and plant knowledge is an asset
• Valid Ontario G class licence with vehicle

Duties Include:

• Assisting project managers with daily tasks
• General office organization and administration
• Assisting with property surveys
• Preparing for meetings and note taking
